'GardenPantry started as a small dream: to share real Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family opened a quaint pizza shop in 1985, which was grounded in family traditions and recipes passed down through many generations.
Marco Bianchi, the person who began our venture, mastered the pizza craft during an Italian voyage, primarily learning from seasoned pizzaiolos of Naples - the pizza's hometown. After her UK return, she was intent on reproducing the Italian pizza wonder, favoring age-old techniques and supreme ingredients.
From an original cozy 12-seater, we've expanded to become a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains strong. We still uphold ancient wood-fired oven practices, knead our dough daily, and select the most exquisite ingredients accessible.
Now at 'GardenPantry', as a second-generation Bianchi leads, we remain a familial pride. Despite adopting modern innovations, our essence is unaltered: preparing sumptuous, real pizza that brings friends and family together.
